Dental 

The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County provides dental services to Medicaid eligible children and young adults between the ages of 4 and 20.

Family Health  

The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County offers a variety of family health care services.

Immunizations 

The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County provides immunizations for adults and children.

School Health 

The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County School Health Services are provided by a Health Department RN School Health Coordinator and two School Health Support Aides.

WIC 

WIC is a special supplemental food program funded by the USDA.  The North Central Florida WIC program provides services to families in 11 counties, including Lafayette.

Women's Health 

Women's Health Services are available at the Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County.  All services are confidential.  Services are based on a sliding fee scale.
