The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County (DOH-Lafayette) offers confidential and anonymous HIV testing and counseling. Everyone needs to know their status – no one is immune.Get your HIV test today! DOH-Lafayette also offers Hepatitis screening and immunizations against hepatitis.
The Hepatitis program offers screening for Hepatitis A, B, and C, and immunizations for Hepatitis A and B for persons over age 18 who have risk.

The Florida HIV/AIDS hotline is open Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
