Who Needs a Flu Vaccine? YOU

Children 

Vaccines are FREE to all children 6 weeks through 18 years of age.

Adults 

Fees apply for all adult vaccines, prices vary, call for prices.

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td)
  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
  • Influenza (Flu)

Travel 

The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County does NOT offer travel immunizations.
