Immunizations are FREE to all children 6 weeks through 18 years of age.
Adults
The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County provides the following vaccines for adults:

- Tetanus/Diphtheria (Td)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Influenza (Flu)

Travel
The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County doesnot offer travel immunizations.
