The Florida Department of Health in Lafayette County (DOH-Lafayette) offers confidential and anonymous HIV testing and counseling. Everyone needs to know their status - no one is immune.Get your HIV test today! DOH-Lafayette also offers Hepatitis screening and immunizations against hepatitis.
The Hepatitis program offers screening for Hepatitis A, B, and C, and immunizations for Hepatitis A and B for persons over age 18 who have risk.
A Florida Department of Health initiative to increase the awareness of HIV/AIDS and its impact in Florida's minority communities.
HIV/AIDS Services are only available on certain days. Please call 386-294-1321 for clinic hours. No appointment is needed.
The Florida HIV/AIDS Hotline is offering anonymous and confidential online chatting with a certified HIV/AIDS counselor on the hotline website.
The Florida HIV/AIDS hotline is open Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m., and on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
